Mariah Johnson
Mariah believes that within the human experience, life can get messy. We can encounter doubt, anger, fear, and so many other difficult emotions that strongly influence the way we see the world around us, the way we to respond to and encounter conflict within relationships, and the narrative we believe about ourselves. What is more powerful than those difficult emotions is the deep, human desire for connection and to be our authentic self, even when it’s difficult. Mariah’s goal in serving individuals, couples, and families is to help you find and navigate the paths that lead you back to connection, love and wholeness in yourself and within your relationships. She sees therapy as a space for new insight, a means to take back control, and to be brave in making steps toward a life you feel empowered in.
When you work with Mariah, you can expect a therapist who:
→ Is direct and yet fully committed to walking alongside of clients in their journey rather than leading it.
→ Will provide a space free of judgement and filled with warmth and humor.
→ Values and prioritizes individual needs for each client.
