Shruti believes life can get overwhelming easily when the relationships we rely on begin to feel distant. To her, our primary loving relationships are a cornerstone of secure adult attachment and she has a passion for working with couples struggling with loss of trust, communication difficulties, challenging transitions of life, and other relationship stressors. She is trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, Attachment Based Family Therapy, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Shruti uses a collaborative approach to therapy that appreciates the uniqueness of each client’s experience and tailors treatment to their strengths and needs.
When you work with Shruti, you can expect a therapist who:
→ Creates a space where you feel both challenged and invited to be honest, brave, and vulnerable.
