Caroline Spitz

PLMHP

Caroline is an advanced doctorate student in UNL’s Clinical Psychology program. She places emphasis on the mind-body connection within her practice through the use of somatic interventions and an Internal Family Systems approach. She has a specific passion for working with those impacted by unresolved trauma and disordered eating, and emphasizes people’s innate capacity for growth and healing through supporting her clients’ enhanacement of self-compassion, creativity, and confidence. Caroline is also excited to work with couples and provides evidence-based support and intervention through her training in the Gottman approach (Levels 1 and 2).
