Chelsea provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to adolescents and adults. She integrates Relational-Cultural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support clients in healing, fostering self-awareness, and building meaningful relationships. As someone who grew up in a military family, Chelsea is especially attuned to the unique experiences of service members and veterans, and she is passionate about supporting those in the military and their families through life transitions, stress, and trauma.

She enjoys working with clients navigating unresolved trauma, identity, and relational challenges. Chelsea is trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2), as well as the Basic Somatic Experiencing training trough Somatic Experiencing International, and provides evidence-based support to couples seeking to strengthen their connection and communication. She also incorporates multicultural psychology to help clients explore how their lived experiences are shaped by broader cultural and systemic factors.

We utilize “whole-person” psychotherapy and attune to not only what’s going on for you psychologically, but also physiologically, biologically, spiritually, and socially.

Couples Therapy

Our therapists specialize in affair and betrayal recovery and helping couples navigate infertility.

Family Therapy

Our therapists are specifically trained in the systemic dynamics of relationships and utilize attachment based therapy.
