LIMFT, EMDR Certified • Sikhona Founder
Vanessa Neuhaus, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified EMDR therapist, specializes in working with adult individuals and couples living with unresolved trauma, affair recovery, grief, and professional burn-out.
The idea that the mind and body are inextricably intertwined is widely accepted in our field, but many therapists remain so focused on understanding the thoughts and feelings in clients’ minds that they forget about the pivotal information to be gleaned by paying more attention to their bodies. Vanessa’s approach includes listening to what emotional and psychological pains are held within your body and utilizing mindfulness, meditative, and yoga practices to facilitate profound healing.
Vanessa is not able to accept new individual or couple therapy clients at this time.
Enrollment in her therapeutic yoga sessions is open and available, however. Click on the link below if you wish to view the yoga session calendar and sign up for classes.
